Long story short:
My dad, although a decent father, has been an abusing husband to my mother for years now and she finally has the courage to leave. We have to figure out a new situation for her, see where she can go, and what she can live on, since we both depended on his financial help until now. With this new development, he will probably not help me with money either anymore. Therefore, I need income, both for myself, and for her. 
I am currently "on vacation", visiting her home in Romania, so I can't look for a job until I go back to the Netherlands - at which point, she might come with me. But what I can do, is sell art. I need to raise as much as humanly possible to have as a backup, to possibly buy her a plane ticket to come with me and survive for a few weeks until she can settle. Or I don't know, but I need help. I am still quite shaken up after talking to her about it so this journal may be very all over the place.

  Hello! My name is Ioana, but I also go by Amigo on this website (you can address me either way). I am a self-taught digital artist with a variety of passions, including horses, animation, commercial illustration and fashion design. I currently study Illustration & Animation at Minerva Academy, Groningen, Netherlands.

  For the best understanding of my art-style, please take a quick look over my entire gallery, not just examples provided here. Some art-styles might lack representation in my gallery at this moment, but if you require something very specific, you can always ask me personally if I am willing to do X or Y by showing me examples.   As far as subject-matter goes, I specialize in drawing horses and humans, but I can also do: almost any animal species (birds are a fragile matter, but, you can always ask), mild architecture, backgrounds/landscapes, illustrative posters, character designs and short animations.

This journal best represents pricing on horse related commissions, therefore, if you are interested in a different subject, prices and styles might differ. Please feel free to contact me regarding such commissions.

  All art comes in at least A4 size (custom size can be requested), suitable for printing (350 dpi); full resolution art is sent to the client either via email or a similar medium chosen by both parts, only after the entire payment has been made.

Please read the entire text below. By commissioning me, you acknowledge and accept all the terms below.


• Commissioned works are for non-profit / non-commercial usage. The image can only be made public/re-posted after asking and receiving my approval, and only if I am credited in the description of your re-post, and my signatures are kept visible. I reserve the right to deny you permission to re-post, re-share or print my artwork. 

• The art is not to be modified, reproduced, copied, re-claimed or used in any way that I do not agree with, specifically, in writing.

• Signatures and/or watermarks are not to be removed under any circumstances.

• In case the work is intended for commercial use, note me in order to discuss details.

• I reserve the right to post up the commissioned piece(s) and own the full rights to my work unless previously stated otherwise or upon agreement of licensing fee. While it is unlikely for the commission to become a print, on dA or elsewhere, I reserve the right to do so. I may also include it in packages such as art books or collections, but will not claim the character design if not created by me. Characters are copyrighted to their respective owners.

• While placing your order, you are entitled to giving me a deadline, before which the artwork should be done. In case the work is not done before said deadline, you are to receive back any payment that has been done up until that point. I reserve the right to decline a commission order if I believe I can not meet the deadline.
If a deadline is not discussed between the two parts, you acknowledge that your commission might be done in any amount of time from a couple of days, to a couple of months. If > then 2 months time has passed since the commission was placed, and I did not begin your commission until that point, I will note you to ask if you are still interested in commissioning me, or if you want to drop your order.

• Pricing can vary from the original posts below, usually affected by the complexity of the characters, environment etc. The price added for complexity is not set and will vary from commission to commission. 

If payment is to be done via paypal or bank transfer, the commissioner must acknowledge that an extra charge will be made to cover for the transfer fees. This fee will vary depending on the amount you pay.
